Lohman Endoscopy Center acquired by Sanders Trust

LAS CRUCES – The Sanders Trust, located in Birmingham, Alabama, recently acquired three medical investment properties in three states,
expanding its portfolio by $16.5 million, including a Las Cruces property.

The Lohman Endoscopy Center is a 13,444-square-foot multi-tenant facility located adjacent to the Mountain View Regional Medical Center campus and provides comprehensive gastrointestinal care through outpatient, inpatient, and post-acute services. The facility is occupied by Digestive Disease Consultants and the LifePoint Health System, which provides healthcare in 20 states.

“These acquisitions further TST’s investment strategy of adding $100 million to $200 million each year to our portfolio by acquiring or developing strategic properties integral to prominent health systems,” stated Rance Sanders, president and CEO of The Sanders Trust.

Blake’s Lotaburger at NMSU is closed 

Blake’s Lotaburger, located in Gerald Thomas Hall, has permanently closed. A new restaurant is planned to open this fall semester at that location, according to a news release from New Mexico State University. New dining opportunities at NMSU are planned.
